On the 20th of January 2021, the FA-ST Consortium conducted its 2nd Virtual Project Meeting

FA.ST is active, alive and kicking and we're so proud of our progress!!!

The project is coordinated by CERIDES funded through the Erasmus+ Programme mechanism KA205 – Strategic Partnerships for Youth. The FA-ST project provides opportunities of empowerment and development to young women affected by socioeconomic or other barriers (migrants background, weak family support, early school leavers), and inspires them to start a business in the STEM sector (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).

On the 20th of January 2021, the FA-ST Consortium conducted its 2nd Virtual Project Meeting. The meeting was conducted using the Zoom virtual environment, in direct substitution of the previously scheduled physical Transnational Project Meeting (TPA) which was supposed to take place on month 12 of the project (as per the official project description). The latter meeting was deemed impossible to implement due to both the travel restrictions and the ban on social and business gatherings which are currently in place in all project participant countries due to the Covid-19 situation.

Despite the significant disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in the operation of the participating organizations of the FA-ST project, the partners have managed to implement their planned production activities and achieve their respective intermediate objectives. It is expected that the implementation of piloting activities which were previously infeasible due to state restrictions / regulations, will also commence in the near future.
